It&#8217;s good!</p> <p>August will see things pick up as we head to Bristol to record some new songs and re-record some old ones with Michal Cupid who has recently done recording for two of our favorites, The Middle Ones! and Planet Earth! Hurray!</p> <p>We also have 3 shows for next month.</p> <p>The first is in Bristol on Friday the 6th of August playing with <a href="http://myspace.com/triplerosie">Triple Rosie</a> and <a href="http://myspace.com/faceometer">Faceometer</a>. This is at Cotham Parish Church.</p> <p>The next is a free show on Saturday the 14th of August in the yard of the new Modern Art Oxford Cafe. Two of us joined our friends Will and Ira for a spot of bowling last night - oh boy are we good at competitive sports.  <br/>We also got to hear ourselves on the radio! You can <a target="_blank" href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p007f30j/The_Hub_25_04_2010/">listen</a> to some clips of us live at the Oxford Folk Festival, which we played last weekend, as well as some truly appalling ramblings from yours truly. We come at 47 minutes. In my defense, the free fanta had an intense effect on me. Thanks so much to Felicity for her kind words. I particularly like her conclusion - FOLK IS SEXY.
